This Privacy Policy explains what information Syndhan collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Syndhan trading platform and website.
Account information you provide at signup — name, email, and (optionally) phone number.
Trading and usage data generated as you use the platform — orders, strategies, watchlists, preferences and activity logs.
Broker credentials you choose to connect. These are encrypted at rest and are never returned to your browser after submission.
Technical data such as IP address and device/browser information, used for security and diagnostics.
To provide and operate the platform — executing the features you use, syncing broker data, and personalising your experience.
For security, fraud prevention, audit logging and compliance with applicable regulations.
To communicate with you about your account, important changes, and (with your consent) product updates.
Sensitive data (including broker API credentials and 2FA secrets) is encrypted. Access is restricted and audited.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data with the brokers and market-data providers you connect, only as needed to provide the service.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.
You can access and update your profile in Settings, disconnect brokers, and request deletion of your account.
